Welcome to the website of the Organically Grown Productions LLC (OGP), a New York City-based film and television production company. OGP was formed in 2006 to serve as an outlet for creativity and storytelling impulses that are not being accessed by the mainstream entertainment industry.

Having developed a wide range of industry connections over the last few years, including professional actors, writers, directors, designers, and producers, we felt the time was right to start this company. It began from an organic need to collaborate with peers on projects that otherwise might not break through the surface of the entertainment industry. Thus, the seed was planted, and Organically Grown Productions was formed.

The company's name also refers to our respect for sustainable farming, and our intention to raise awareness of all aspects of sustainable living, from renewable energy to recycling. Organically Grown Productions LLC will donate 10% of its net profits to non-profit organizations that promote green living.

OGP is currently developing a romantic drama for production in early 2007, as well as a comedic short documentary called “The Actors Prepare,” currently in production.
